Self Drive Car Rental in Dabolim Airport, Goa – Zoomigo Cars Rental

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after advance payment is received.

Cancellation policy applies from the time of payment confirmation.

2. Free Cancellation (48+ Hours Before Pickup)

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before pickup time (9:00 AM) are eligible for a full refund.

Refund will be processed within 1–5 hours after cancellation approval.

3. Partial Cancellation (24–48 Hours Before Pickup)

Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before pickup will attract a 25% cancellation charge.

The remaining 75% amount will be refunded.

4. Late Cancellation (Less Than 24 Hours)

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup time are non-refundable.

No-show cases are strictly non-refundable.

5. Peak Season & Special Days

Bookings during 24th December to 2nd January, long weekends, festivals, and high-demand dates are non-refundable.

Date changes during peak season may not be allowed.

6. Refund Processing Policy

Eligible refunds are processed within 1–5 hours after confirmation.

Refund will be made to the original payment method.

Final credit time depends on the customer's bank/payment provider.

Payment gateway charges (if applicable) may be deducted.

7. Early Return Policy

No refund will be given for early return of the vehicle before the scheduled end time (9:00 AM system applies).

8. Cancellation by Zoomigo Cars Rental

Zoomigo Cars Rental reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of:

• Vehicle mechanical failure
• Unforeseen circumstances
• Invalid or incomplete customer documents

In such cases:

• An alternate vehicle may be provided, OR
• A full refund will be issued.

9. Modification of Booking

Date change requests must be made at least 48 hours before pickup.

Changes are subject to vehicle availability and price difference.

10. Agreement

By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to these cancellation terms and conditions.
